About Family/Meet the Owners:

Bryan and Shanell Schenker met in Lake Tahoe in 2011 and got married in 2016. Bryan had recently graduated from Virginia Tech and Shanell had just graduated at American River in Sacramento.They both grew up in families that worked in construction and real estate and it was an immediate passion that drew them together, in addition to their love for the outdoors and cooking. They built and sold a residential and commercial floor cleaning company in Reno, NV before relocating to NC in 2017 to be closer to family. In 2019, Patriot Custom Construction was founded and they started the next chapter of their life as they began delivering the American dream to customers in owning a safe and beautiful home where family and friends will make memories for years to come! They are passionate about building beautiful, functional, and efficient homes and they look forward to working with you to create your dream home!
